Services - Meeting Rooms

We have two meeting rooms that community members over the age of 18 may reserve. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved up to 3 months in advance. You may schedule your meeting between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM on any day of the week.

The Broughton Room is a multipurpose space that accommodates up to 120 people and comes equipped with tables, chairs, A/V equipment (projector, DVD player, sound system, and microphones), and a kitchenette. The Broughton Room is 66' x 30' with a customizable layout. The Juniper Room is a conference-style space that seats 12-15 people and comes equipped with a table, chairs, and a whiteboard. It is roughly 13' x 13.5'; the layout of furniture (tables & chairs) is not customizable.

We also have a Study Room available for use during our open hours. The Study Room accommodates eight people. It does not require a contract to book.

Please call, email or visit the library to check meeting room availability before submitting a meeting room contract. If you reserve a meeting room remotely, you will need to email, fax, or deliver a signed contract to the library within 6 business days in order to confirm your reservation. Library staff will email you a digital copy of the contract by request.

Everyone who uses the meeting rooms must adhere to the Meeting Room Policy and the Code of Conduct. Meeting room key(s) must be signed out during library business hours. You are responsible for cleaning up the room when you are finished. You may not charge an admission fee or sell products or services at your meeting.
